In this demo, we have set up a typical corporate environment where there is Microsoft Windows file server sharing corporate data to corporate endpoints.  Unfortunately, one endpoint becomes infected with WannaCry, which in turn infects and encrypts all of the corporate data on the file server.  Using Actifio, we recover the file server to a known good point-in-time in less than a minute, regardless of its size, and demonstrate that even if we make a mistake, Actifio’s copy data is immutable and can not be compromised by malware.
