WALTHAM, MA – Actifio, an enterprise Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) software provider, announced that it has raised $100 million in a financing round led by Crestline Investors and joined by North Bridge Venture Partners, 83North, Advanced Technology Ventures, Heritage Group, Andreessen Horowitz, and other existing investors.
The investment brings the company’s valuation to more than $1.3 billion, Actifio said in a statement.
