It’s been especially rewarding to see our users, partners, and even our competitors come together year after year to celebrate the awesomeness that is Enterprise IT, build relationships and share ‘best practice’ information.
So what’s the recipe for a successful community event anyway? It’s fairly simple:
– 1 cup creativity
– 2 pints fun
– A dash of great food (preferably from a food truck)
– Generous pour of philanthropy
– Your choice of favorite vendor sponsor
– (And the star of the show) As many technology users as you can find
As you can see from the video below, year after year the team at Actifio and our other vFlipcup sponsors – VMware, TechValidate, Nutanix, Symantec, Sungard AS, Tintri – along with thousands of tech professionals combine all the right ingredients for an impactful community event. This year, the beneficiary of the fun was a worthy organization called Loaves & Fishes, who provide free healthy meals to those in need.
